Marks Story

Mark has had 4 shoulder surgeries from 2007- 2016. 2 surgeries on his left shoulder and 2 surgeries on his right shoulder. Mark had pre-cancerous colon polyps at age 19. Having 100s of polyps (many pre-cancerous) over the next 10 years, Mark took a stand on educating himself in Nutrition. In 2017 mark had his first colonoscopy in 10 years come back 100% free and clean of polyps. Since 2017 mark has had under 10 polyps total and credits the success to his lifestyle change in Nutrition.
